If you received your order within 30 days, and the item(s) are unworn with the hangtag and packaging intact, you are eligible for a return for exchange or refund. Kindly note that if you have lost your order/return form, write your order number and name on a note instead. If you purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly.

The return process may vary based on your location. Please refer to the appropriate location below for further instructions:

BELGIUM

• Exchange your bracelet, ring or necklace:
  Please visit our return portal and provide your details to print a free bpost return label. As soon as your return has been shipped, your exchanged Pig & Hen item will be delivered within 2 business days.
• Receive a refund:
  By choosing a refund only, the return label costs will be your responsibility. You can pay for the label via our return portal and directly download the bpost return label at a reduced rate. Your money will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

Return costs are at your own expense unless we have sent something incorrect.
